This course requirement is outside of classroom time and it is up to you to get your time scheduled. While class is in session be prepared to complete a minimum of ten hours of clinical time in the hospital per week. You will be notified when you are released to begin clinical hours.

You will also be required to attend two mandatory course days each month to complete PHTLS, ACLS, and PALS. You will also be continuing with intensive field clinical hours.

When the instructors determine you have met specific course requirements you will begin your Field Capstone Project. During this time you will tasked with completing a predetermined number and variety of ambulance calls where you function as the team leader.
