American Heart Association is updating their course materials for all class in October 2025. All courses will require NEW course materials to be in place no later than

Register for a Class

CPR

Basic Life Support
This course is designed for healthcare providers caring for patients both in and out of the hospital setting. The course is video based, instructor-led and teaches students skills to respond to and manage an emergency. Adult CPR and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator), Child CPR and AED, Infant CPR, and Choking are covered. Upon passing the required skills and written exam you are issued a two-year completion card.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course
This course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory, or other requirements. This course meets US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. The course is video based, instructor-led course teaches students skills to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until someone with more advanced training arrives and takes over.Adult CPR and AED, Child CPR and AED, Infant CPR, Choking, and First Aid are covered. Upon successful completion you will receive a two-year completion card. 

Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid and CPR AED Course
This course is ideal for daycare providers and meets the same standards as the Heartsaver Course.  

Family and Friends Course
This course is designed for anyone with no medical training and for those who do not require a completion card. You will learn the lifesaving skills of CPR, Choking, and use of the AED.

Bloodborne Pathogens

This course meets the requirements for OSHA for those who need training in how to protect themselves and their coworkers from exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support

The ACLS Provider Course is a two day class for healthcare providers who work in the hospital and prehospital setting. This instructor-led course will cover lifesaving skills in cardiac, respiratory, stroke and medications for adult patients. Upon successful completion of the required skills and written exam you will be issued a two-year completion card.

The ACLS Recertification Course is intended for healthcare providers who have a current ACLS certification card at the time of the course. This is a one-day course that includes both skills and a written exam.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support
